What began as a modest operation has evolved into a world-class heat exchanger facility, recognized across North America for its advanced technology, specialized equipment, and highly skilled team.
The division maintains a large inventory of materials and equipment, enabling quick adaptation to unique project requirements. It also fully supports its field operations by scheduling shop time in preparation for site work, ensuring expedited turnaround times for critical maintenance projects.

Heat Exchanger Services: Manufacture, Repair, Refurbishment
Edmonton Exchanger manufactures, repairs, and refurbishes heat exchangers of all sizes and types, including:
- Shell and Tube Bundles
- Straight-tubed Heat Exchangers
- U-bundle Heat Exchangers
- Fin-fan Coolers (Repair Only)
- Hairpin Exchangers (Repair Only)
The company also supplies heat exchanger components and supports clients with custom bundle fabrication.
Quality Assurance and Certification
All manufactured components undergo rigorous Quality Control inspection before shipment to ensure compliance with ASME Code, Sec. VIII Div. 1 and 2.
Every material is supplied with a Certificate of Compliance, detailing material type, size, order, and heat numbers, minimum thicknesses, and mill certification specifications — ensuring reliability and traceability for every component delivered.
