Before RigER It was just so much paperwork to fill out and file. We were just always sort of drowning in stacks of paper. It was surreal to see all of that disappear once we finally implemented RigER.
To be honest, as frustrating as it was, we never thought about implementing a solution until RigER’s initial demos, mainly because I just didn’t think there was one until then!
We were so solidified in our processes and documentation that we were holding out for a software solution that was flexible enough to be tailored towards our existing workflow. RigER’s implementation is refreshingly easy and personalized. The RigER team really understands the industry and its operations. We had constructive dialogue that really helped solidify it as a better end product for us.
These days, we use RigER for lots of things, mainly, creating and overseeing vendor orders and managing inventory. It makes invoicing a cinch. We can pull reports and quickly see pain points and areas of improvement for our company. We were and still are pleasantly surprised at how quickly their technical team is able to implement customization requests.
The access to real-time data has unified our teams across the board, and our workflow processes are so much smoother and more consistent now.
If someone I knew was considering RigER I’d tell them that after a small initial learning curve at the very beginning, RigER has become an invaluable tool for us. I can’t imagine running our business without it.
