From the feedback of the 2019 breakfast (the last breakfast), the 2022 Big Guns Stampede Breakfast returns to downtown to make it the BEST NETWORKING and MOST ACCESSIBLE event of Stampede!
2022 Breakfast Details:
Date: Tuesday, July 12th, 2022
Time: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Wild Horse Saloon (6th & 5th Street S.W. – Next to the location of many past Big Guns Stampede Breakfasts
Host Company: Concorde Entertainment Group – Owners of Bridgette Bar, Lulu Bar, National, Pigeon Hole, Clive Burger, Anju & More

- The Big Guns Stampede Breakfast returns to a downtown venue (beside where it used to be held outdoors)

Due to the smaller venue, the tickets allocated to each Sponsor will be fewer, resulting in a more “Invite Only” atmosphere, resulting in enhanced networking opportunities.

Sponsorship Details
FULL Sponsorship (only 16 available)
Cost: $4,000 + GST
- Tickets allocated: 200 Tickets + 25 Extra Bonus Tickets (With FULL Payment by Monday May 2nd, 2022)
- Hot Breakfast included for each ticket
- 2 Drink tickets per ticket (additional tickets can be bought in advance)
- Price Per Ticket Including Admission, Entertainment, Breakfast & Two Drink Tickets – $17.75
- Designated Bar Area with your own bar staff (but guests are free to get drinks from other bar areas as well)
- Each Bar Area will be designated with your own corporate flag (included – we will require your logo)
- Marketing & Exposure: ALL Sponsor logos will appear on the Big Guns Stampede Website and ALL sponsors will be recognized on EnergyNow.ca (website, email posts and LinkedIn posts)
Special VIP Areas:
We are just getting details on approximately 6-8 Elevated Special VIP areas that will be available for an extra charge. More details on that and the extra charge change soon. The first step is to confirm your Sponsorship for 2022! Please indicate in your renewal reply if you want to be a 2022 Sponsor. When more details are available on the VIP areas we will pass them along. All sponsors will have a designated spot so invited guests can find you.
Covid Considerations:
It is the view of the Big Guns Organizing Committee that, by the time of the breakfast, most concerns related to coronavirus will be manageable as entertainment venues have already returned to full capacity. That said, we did have discussions with the Concorde Group (operators of the Wildhorse Saloon) and they said the event will not be cancelled unless there is some widespread regulation to cancel such events which would affect all of Stampede. In the event that happens, we have asked that any monies paid by Big Guns to the Concorde Group would be refunded to Sponsors. This is in our contract with the Concorde Group. The only reason we would cancel the 2022 Big Guns Stampede Breakfast at this point is if Alberta Health officials mandated all such events not take place.
Confirmation & Payment Details
NOTE: All Previous Sponsors must confirm your Sponsorship by Friday April 15, 2022 before we reach out to find new sponsors.
Payment Details as Follows:
1/2 the Sponsorship Amount Plus GST ($2,100) on or before April 30, 2022
1/2 the Sponsorship Amount Plus GST ($2,100) by Monday, May 15, 2022
Payment is required in FULL by Monday May 2st to secure an extra 25 Bonus Tickets
