High COe values indicate an inefficient, climate harmful, and plant hostile process control. The COe are the unburned molecules, like carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (CxHy), and hydrogen (H2) that need to be measured as much as the oxygen molecules in the process in order to analyze the combustion quality process.
The explosion protected gas analyzer COMTEC® 6000 GasEx reacts immediately to process gas changes and is ideal for safe and exact measurements of oxygen and COe in refineries or similar areas with explosion hazards (Gas Ex zones 1 / 2).
The patented probes are highly robust and withstand even the harshest flue gas conditions. Using the COMTEC 6000 GasEx, plant safety is enhanced while lowering emissions by controlling fuel usage in the combustion
✔️ Only the highest grade and best-suited materials are used in our sensors. As a result, they can easily endure adverse conditions found in aggressive flue gases.
✔️ Being positioned directly in the flue enables fast and efficient process control which results in fuel and emissions reductions. In addition, this reliability and accuracy enhance plant safety.👷
Applications include:
- Refineries
- Ex hazard installations
- Petrochemical plants
- Gas by-product/Mixed gas furnaces
- Natural gas liquefaction plants
Features
- InSitu measurement in real-time
- Overview of calibration history
- ATEX certification
- Low-maintenance design
- Self-monitoring
- Sensor life expectancy on display
