High COe values indicate an inefficient, climate harmful, and plant hostile process control. The COe are the unburned molecules, like carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (CxHy), and hydrogen (H2) that need to be measured as much as the oxygen molecules in the process in order to analyze the combustion quality process.
