November 2010 Titanium Tubing Technology Ltd. acquired Performance Innovations (Engineering & Design) to design, engineer and fabricate innovative solutions for effective and efficient well intervention, facility and pipeline production issues.
In 2012 Titanium added the Nitrogen Purging and Fluid Pumping Services which compliments Coiled Tubing Services very well.
In October 2015 Titanium purchased the Wireline assets from the Canadian branch of Tucker Energy Services for its cased-hole logging and full wireline series including Fiber Optic monitoring systems.
In November 2017 Titanium enters the Fracturing market in Canada to provide High Rate Nitrogen fracturing and Coiled Tubing Mast Units.
While Titanium’s executive sales office is conveniently located in Calgary, Alberta, Titanium Tubing Technologies Ltd. moved their base operations into a larger facility in Lloydminster near the border of Alberta and Saskatchewan to accommodate mechanical repairs, equipment fabrication, and operations of the ever growing Coiled Tubing (Downhole Deployment & Electric Coil), Wireline (logging & Perforation), Nitrogen Purging & Fluid Pumping Services.
August 2018 Titanium Tubing Technologies Ltd. expanded with the purchase of Conquest Coil Tubing Partnership adding expertise and value to its coiled tubing well interventions services and integrated solutions.
Titanium has also diversified into water preservation and treatment technologies. This offers cost effective solutions to many industry sector issues, maintenance objectives, safety concerns and cost reduction.
In 2020, Titanium Energy Services started an innovative modernization and digital transformation of inefficient processes, safety programs and service quality to better serve their expanding client list and service area across western Canada. Titanium also expanded location to Arcola, Saskatchewan and Red Deer, Alberta, to complement their existing operations in Kindersley, SK and Lloydminster, AB/SK.
