IDENT Group Acquires ASAP Signs

As we kick off 2021, we want to thank you for your loyalty to IDENT over the many years. Since our inception in 1982, we have been grounded in the belief that okay was simply not good enough and have worked hard to become your partners in delivering your signage needs. With that, we wanted to inform you of an important new acquisition that will allow us to expand our offering.

As of January 1, 2021, IDENT Group has officially acquired ASAP Signs. For 25 years, ASAP Signs has been helping local businesses in our community with their marketing and advertising efforts by creating unique signs with a speciality in designing and manufacturing electric signage.

We’re growing.

IDENT has won 26 international awards recognizing its work in Oil & Gas Speciality Signage. Now, partnering with ASAP Signs, who hold our same values of excellent customer service and quality, demonstrated through their recognition as a Consumer Choice award winner for 19 consecutive years, we will be able to grow our offering with:

Expanded Sign fabricating services with new team competences in our 18,000 sq. ft building
3 Sign installation vehicles with a reach from 35′ 48′ and 60′
A growing employee base of 24 team members to serve your needs
