Approximately 1/3 of the CO2e emissions from a compressor package can be attributed to CH4. Of the CH4 emissions 51% comes from CH4 that’s being vented, while 49% comes through the exhaust from a lean burn engine. A simple conversion from Lean Burn to Rich Burn Series 5 technology will eliminate almost all of the Methane emissions from the engine exhaust.

IRONLINE BARE RENTAL (BR)

Customer Maintenance & Repair Responsibilities including all parts and labor for (and not limited to):

Site start‐up support will be charged based on standard hourly rates. Travel, mileage, and subsistence are extra, fluids extra;
Preventative maintenance;
Scheduled maintenance;
Un‐scheduled maintenance (Call‐outs based on hourly rates);
Overhauls (including painting) pro rata based on # of months that the unit is in customer’s possession (60 Month overhaul cycle, therefore 6 months is 10%;
Cleaning related to normal maintenance;
“Rental Return” repair or replacement of normal, non “Gas‐Wetted” and “Gas Wetted” wear components;

IRONLINE CONTRACT COMPRESSION (CC)

Ironline Contract Compression includes the following value add features above and beyond that of a typical bare rental.

Ironline Maintenance & Repair Responsibilities including all parts and labor for:

95% Mechanical Uptime Guarantee as per Ironline CC rental contract;
Site start‐up support, 2 men for 2 (10 hr) days. Travel, mileage, and subsistence included, fluids extra;
Preventative maintenance;
Scheduled maintenance;
Un‐scheduled maintenance (call‐outs);
Overhauls (including painting);
Cleaning related to normal maintenance;
“Rental Return” repair or replacement of normal, non “Gas‐Wetted” wear components as per Ironline CC rental contract.

GENERAL (APPLICABLE TO BR & CC)

Customer Responsibilities including all parts and labor for (and not limited to):

Loading, Transportation to and from Ironline Facility (unless otherwise quoted), Installation;
Maintenance and Overhaul of “Gas Wetted” compressor components;
Fluids (Oils and Coolant).
