Capstone is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Rob Wilkes to the abandonment division. Rob joins the team to fill the role of Manager, Projects based out of Capstone’s Airdrie, Alberta Headquarters. Prior to Capstone, Rob spent 33 years supporting major oil companies including Texaco and Imperial Oil. During this time, he managed some of their most complex abandonment and re-abandonment jobs throughout the prairies, southern Ontario and Norman Wells. This work included wells within: urban centers, large petrochemical complexes, the North Saskatchewan and Mackenzie Rivers, and vintage wells from the 1800’s with wooden casing.
