Today, pipeline professionals, industry leaders, engineers, operators, regulators, contractors, and technology providers are gathering in Calgary for the International Pipeline Conference & Expo, bringing together more than 8,000 pipeline professionals, including 1,300+ conference delegates and 300+ exhibiting companies.

The Conference begins at 8:30 AM with the Opening Plenary, running until 10:00 AM, followed by technical sessions from 10:30 AM through 5:00 PM. Throughout the day, industry experts will share knowledge and explore key challenges, innovations, and opportunities shaping the future of the pipeline industry.

Alongside the conference program, attendees can explore the exhibition floor, open 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, featuring 300+ exhibiting companies, discover the latest pipeline technologies and solutions, and connect with industry peers at the Knowledge Bar for additional insights and conversations.

Venue:BMO Centre at Stampede Park, 1912 Flores LaDue Parade SE, Calgary. The main entrance is located through the south doors.

Badge pick-up:The Registration Desk is located in the Hall A1 Lobby on Level 1 and will be open Tuesday, September 22, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Bring: Government-issued photo ID. It is required for entry.

Getting Here

Construction in the Culture + Entertainment District is affecting roads around Stampede Park, including a closure of access onto 5A Street. Allow extra time, follow detour signs and traffic personnel, and check the access map before you leave.

Driving:

Due to road work on Macleod Trail, there will be no access to Flores LaDue Parade Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, until Saturday, September 26.
Approach from the south via 25 Avenue SE or use the 17 Avenue SE extension, where construction impacts are lighter.
Follow all signage and directions from on-site flaggers.

Transit:

The CTrain Red Line stops at Victoria Park/Stampede Station, a short walk from the BMO Centre, and at Erlton/Stampede Station.

Parking:

Stampede Park lots are managed by Calgary Parking at a flat $18 per day.
Pay with the MyParking app, online at vpm.parkplus.ca, or at on-site pay machines.
Lots 2, 25A/B and the GMC Infield are affected by construction.
