Canada’s drilling rig count is up 3 active drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week ending October 1, 2021.

From one week ago, Alberta rig counts increased 4 to 117 and the Saskatchewan rig counts decreased 1 to 25.

Oil drilling increased 1 to 97 and gas increased 3 to 68.
