We sincerely hope this letter finds you, your family and friends healthy and safe. In this time, it seems the common thread of all discussions is surrounding the Covid-19 virus, the risk that it is to our health, the challenges and hardships it is placing on people and businesses and the uncertainty of what is to come.

We remain committed to all of our customers both near and far. The provincial governments of Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) where our facilities are all located have posted their criteria for Essential Business. We are happy to affirm their decision that Falcon Equipment Ltd., our products and our services are deemed Essential.

Currently, all Falcon Equipment locations are operating under normal business hours with sales, rental, parts, and service operations.

We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our staff, their families and you, our customers. We have modified and made changes to our day to day work practices. Some of these changes include staff that can are working from home, we are ensuring we distance ourselves from others (while keeping communication a key focus), we have gone to online resources for all of our meetings and have stepped up our cleaning and sanitization practices and this is just a few of the things that we are doing. The health and safety of all of us, is our priority.

Just as our day to day has changed, we know that your business may be experiencing disruptions and changes as well. We are here to help where we can. We have always valued relationship and it is in these times that we want to highlight this and lean on it even more. Together we can work through these challenges, we want to support you and keep you, your equipment and businesses operational to the best of our abilities.
