Pro Pipeline Rally at City Hall
Canada Action will be organizing a pro-pipeline rally at Calgary City Hall! The Mayor and all of City Council will be on location supporting pipelines and the energy sector. Canada Action hopes to ensure their support receives attention.
“Canada’s a leader in protecting people and the planet. Global oil and gas demand is growing and it’s never been more important to speak up in support of the men and women that work in our resource sector from coast to coast. Today Calgary city council is sending a strong message and we hope other municipalities across the country will do the same in support of their constituents,” said Cody Battershill, Canada Action’s founder and spokesperson.
Canada Action has organized multiple events in the past, and is excited to promote this positive, non-partisan, supportive showing for the City of Calgary and their backing of the energy sector.

Where: Calgary Municipal Building. 800 Macleaod Trail SE. Event is outside.
Canada Actions hopes that these strong, and positive actions taken by the municipality emboldens other cities, and towns across Canada to take a similar stance in lending their support to local resource sectors and the families that earn their living in them.
