Increase your efficiencies with Isolation Equipment Services new innovative and technologically advanced sand isolator (SI) frac valve

Isolation Equipment Services proudly introduces the sand isolator (SI) manual and remote frac valve (patent pending) to complement their successful erosion control plug & perf multi-well manifold system which has fractured over 1600 pad wells to date and counting.
The new SI valve has proven to prevent sand from migrating into valve internals during high pressure frac pumping operations. This will aim to reduce up to 80% of the valve lubricant required for valve greasing during fracturing operations, resulting in cost reductions and significantly less grease entering frac formations.
In addition to reducing the amount of required valve lubricant, the SI valve also:
- reduces valve lubrication frequency up to 400%, requiring only occasional top-ups thus eliminating costly NPT.
- improves valve reliability, efficiency and reduces internal part replacement
- new blended valve lubricant with improved impact and friction reduction
