Young Group of Companies is proud to present the inaugural Young Group of Companies and Dreams Take Flight Charity Golf Tournament.
Dreams Take Flight has been changing lives since 1989. They strive to give deserving children a once in a lifetime experience to see new possibilities. Young Group of Companies has been working with Dreams Take Flight for 15 years and is more than happy to support such a worthy cause.
For many people a trip to Disneyland is a fun vacation. The rides and the characters provide memories to last a lifetime. But for the children selected to take part in this experience through Dreams Take Flight, this trip can be like a reset. This trip of a lifetime allows for a break from whatever challenges they’re facing at home, be it medically, mentally, physically, socially, or emotionally, and they are given a chance to have a day of wonder. Dreams Take Flight’s mission is to make magical memories for special kids, and as the president of Young Group of Companies has witnessed firsthand, this is exactly what they are doing. Ron Young had the opportunity to volunteer on one of these trips and, even as a volunteer, this trip was life changing. Getting to watch the transformation of the child he was responsible for was absolutely unforgettable. Witnessing this child leave behind whatever issues they were dealing with at home and enjoy a day like no other, a day they would have never had the opportunity to experience otherwise, will be a memory that sticks with Ron for the rest of his life.
Young Group of Companies is thrilled to support this trip in any way possible and hosts several 50/50s and auctions where all proceeds go towards Dreams Take Flight. This year Young Group of Companies is  happy to announce the inaugural golf tournament. All proceeds from this day will go towards Dreams Take Flight and supporting this amazing cause. This event will be hosted at the Cottonwood Golf course on Thursday July 28, 2022 and promises to be a fun and impactful day that will help support a life changing experience and allow for special children to be able to make magical memories.
