New printer combines workhorse capabilities with high-precision printing
MILWAUKEE, Wis. (October 12, 2017) — Brady (NYSE:BRC), a global leader in industrial and safety printing systems and solutions, announced today the launch of the BradyPrinter i7100 Industrial Label Printer. This new industrial printer is optimized for printing on a variety of materials, including difficult-to-print-on materials, while maintaining high-precision print quality.
“The i7100 printer is a go-to workhorse printer when high-volume and high-precision printing are main concerns,” said Matt Luger, global product manager for OEM printers at Brady. “With the ability to print on a wide range of materials, an easy-to-use interface and interchangeable rollers to reduce wear on the print head, this reliable heavy-duty printer will keep working, so all available attention can be put on getting product out the door.”
The i7100 printer benefits include:
- Material Choice. Print on the widest range of materials with confidence, including difficult-to-print-on materials.
- Precision Printing. Ultra-sharp, high-accuracy printing and center alignment for reliably printing on labels as small as 0.125 inches.
- Workhorse Performance. Designed to print thousands of labels per day, every day, with a high-speed processor, solid cast frame, durable components and a variety of connectivity ports.
The i7100 printer features an intuitive touch-screen control panel with colorful icons, buttons and sliders to navigate between screens, make printer setting changes and understand the printer status with ease. Changing materials for different jobs is made easy with bright green touchpoints inside the machine. The printer includes a variety of connectivity ports and reaches print speeds up to 11.8 inches per second. Two models of the printer are available, including a Peel model printer that automatically peels labels from the liner.
