Requirements:

  • Three years of direct sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical discipline preferred or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Sales pipeline management and robust forecasting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and CRM system.
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Forecast revenue and maintain annual budget.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Responsible for MPD and Drilling Fluid Market Analysis bi-weekly update.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Gather client feedback about their experience and meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
