Canada Weekly Rig Count Up 58 for Week Ending January 8, 2021

Canada’s drilling rig count is up 58 active drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week ending January 8, 2021.

From one week ago, Alberta rig counts increased 33 to 81 and the Saskatchewan rig counts increased 17 to 18.

Oil drilling increased 35 to 53 and gas increased 23 to 64.
