Canada’s drilling rig count increased by 17 actively drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of August 24th.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts increased 14 to 159 and the Saskatchewan rig counts increased 3 to 49.
Oil drilling went up 12 to 153 and gas increased 5 to 76.
