About
Join Canada Powered by Women for an essential non-partisan dialogue at our inaugural Summit in Toronto!
Canada Powered by Women represents Canadian women who believe sound energy policies are vital for the economic prosperity of Ontario and Canada as a whole. We’re driven by the unshakable belief that a better world is possible and we can make it happen… together. There’s no more critical time to talk about what we need to ensure a thriving economy, while also growing our energy independence and caring for the environment.
Tracey Bodnarchuk, CEO of Canada Powered by Women , and Paige Schoenfeld, SVP, Leger, will present CPW’s latest national research from March 2025, along with an updated Sound Energy Policy Index. This will be followed by an interactive workshop moderated by Deloitte designed to collect actionable insights from event attendees. These insights will be distilled into a national report about the future of Canada’s economy, energy and resources and will be presented to policy makers, media and the public.
The day will conclude with a panel discussion featuring visionary executive leaders including Michele Harradence, EVP and president, Enbridge Gas , Sue Riddell Rose, CEO of Rubellite Energy and CPW Board Chair, and Shelley Powell, SVP Operations Improvement & Support Services at Suncor, as well as other panelists to be announced soon. The panel will be moderated by Becky Penrice, EVP, Corporate Services at ATCO.
