Canada’s drilling rig count is up 51 active drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week ending January 7, 2022.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts increased 40 to 105 and the Saskatchewan rig counts increased 10 to 23.
Oil drilling increased 39 to 78 and gas increased 12 to 63.
