Canada’s drilling rig count is down 1 actively drilling rigs according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week ending May 29, 2020.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts stayed at 10 and the Saskatchewan rig counts stayed at 2.
Oil drilling decreased 1 to 7 and gas stayed at 13.
The Canadian rig count to an all-time low of 20 this week, according to Baker Hughes.
That was 65 rigs, or 76%, below this time last year and was the third week in a row it fell to a record low.
