A lot has happened over the last couple of days on the pipeline front. And yet, some things never change.
The federal government has said it will buy the TransMountain pipeline expansion project from Kinder Morgan, thus clearing the way for the pipeline to be built as the federal government had promised.
However, BC Premier John Horgan has signaled he’ll stay in the battle to defeat the project, ignore the nation’s interests and cater to green activists and their foreign donors.
So, while the US discount on Canadian oil continues to cost our country $40 million EVERY SINGLE DAY according to Scotia Bank estimates, Premier Horgan indicates he’ll continue with his stubborn court challenge against the project.
That’s why I’m asking you to express your views TODAY on Premier Horgan’s frustrating and counterproductive position on the TransMountain Expansion. If you’re like me and you DO NOT support Premier Horgan’s stance, I’m asking you to say so!

The Government of Canada is making real its commitment to seeing the TMX project completed. And the Government of BC is showing its hypocritical and high-handed nature as it accepts or refuses Alberta’s energy resources only as it suits BC politicians and green activists.
Talk to your friends and family about how they can show their support for a strong energy sector and a more prosperous Canada – ask them to fill out the poll as well! After all, it’s up to all of us to stay involved by supporting the largest single contributor to Canada’s economy.
