COSIA, a CRIN member, is pleased host the fourth lunch and learn in its series with Canada Excellence Research Chair (CERC) in Materials Engineering for Unconventional Oil Reservoirs. Dr. Steven Bryant, Dr. Ali Telamadarreie and their team have demonstrated that nanoparticle-stabilized emulsions are capable of curbing excessive water production where zonal isolation cannot be achieved.
Participants will discuss this evolving case-study, will offer constructive feedback and share their experiences with moving similar technologies forward.
