Tim Richardson has over 17 years of legal and commercial experience in the energy sector, including significant time spent in senior legal roles in industry, most recently as Nexen’s Sr. Counsel for Canadian Oil and Gas where he worked closely with the Land and JV groups. His practice focuses on complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses and operating assets and forward commodity purchase, processing and transportation commitments. He has also handled complex litigation and arbitration of a broad range of oil and gas, energy marketing, construction transaction and energy service issues.
