Letter from the Chair

It is with great pleasure that I extend to you an invitation to the 24th annual IPEIA Conference being held in majestic Banff, Alberta from February 24th to 28th, 2020.

Building on the successes of preceding IPEIA Conferences, this year’s event will once again provide a platform to satisfy all attendees. Our industry is constantly changing and in order for us to continue keeping up with the latest trends and technologies we have rolled out changes to our format to improve the IPEIA experience for our members.

The 2019 conference had over 850 delegate registrations and a total of 85 exhibitor booths, both records for IPEIA. Growth of this magnitude proves that this conference has become one of the must attend events in the pressure equipment industry.

Our goal is to keep this conference fresh and vital. We will once again build upon the new initiatives introduced last year to keep our content strong. Topics such as the Integrity Challenges Forum, Regulatory Panel Discussion and PSV Testing Demonstration were all successful and welcomed with open arms. With a continued focus on our Technical Program, I am more than confident that IPEIA 2020 will offer a wide variety of valuable themes for everyone in attendance.
