2018 Energy New Venture Pitch Competition

The Energy New Venture Competition is Canada’s leading early-stage pitch competition dedicated to the advancement of emerging innovations for the energy sector. We encourage all energy innovators to join us for this premier one-day event on February 6, 2018 in Calgary, Alberta!

Hosted as a precursor to the PROPEL Energy Tech Forum (February 7 – 8, 2018), this single day competition is designed to introduce promising startups to an incredible network of investors and early adopters curated by the Hunter Hub for Entrepreneurial Thinking at the University of Calgary.

Celebrating its fifth year in 2018, the competition has granted more than a quarter of a million dollars in cash and in-kind prizes to promising energy entrepreneurs since its inception.
