The 2023 Big Guns Stampede Breakfast returns again downtown to make it the BEST NETWORKING and MOST ACCESSIBLE event of Stampede!

Date: Tuesday, July 11th, 2023
Time: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Wild Horse Saloon (6th & 5th Street S.W. – Next to the location of many past Big Guns Stampede Breakfasts
Host Company: Concorde Entertainment Group – Owners of Bridgette Bar, Lulu Bar, National, Pigeon Hole, Clive Burger, Anju & More

Sponsorship Details
FULL Sponsorship (only 18 available)
Cost: $4,200 + GST ($4,410 Total including GST)
- Tickets allocated: 200 Tickets + 25 Extra Bonus Tickets (With FULL Payment by Monday May 1st, 2023)
- Hot Breakfast included for each ticket
- 2 Drink tickets per ticket (additional tickets can be bought in advance)
- Price Per Ticket Including Admission, Entertainment, Breakfast &Two Drink Tickets – $18.67 – Excellent Value for Each Sponsor.
- Designated Bar Area with your own bar staff (but guests are free to get drinks from other bar areas as well)
- Each Bar Area will be designated with your own corporate flag (included in sponsorship – we will require your logo if changed from 2022 or a NEW 2023 sponsor)
- Marketing & Exposure: ALL Sponsor logos will appear on the Big Guns Stampede Website and ALL sponsors will be recognized on EnergyNow.ca (website, email posts and LinkedIn posts)
Special VIP Areas:
As in 2022, 6-8 Special Higher Profile VIP areas will be available for an extra charge. The first step is to confirm your Sponsorship for 2023! Please indicate in your renewal reply if you are interested in a VIP area. Details on the VIP areas and extra pricing will be available in May.
Confirmation & Payment Details
NOTE: All Previous Sponsors must confirm your Sponsorship on or before March 31, 2023 before we reach out to potential new sponsors.
Payment Details:
- Full payment on or before May 1, 2023
Bonus Tickets
With in FULL on or before Monday May 1st you will also get an extra 25 Bonus Tickets – 225 Tickets in Total.
